Recently refurbished to a high standard, this is a turnkey pub looking for the right operator to take it to the next level. Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer?

The Jack Snipe is a prominent community pub with 3,000 adults within a 10-minute walking distance. The pub is close to Skegness town centre and numerous holiday parks. While having the ability to benefit from the tourist trade, locals will remain at the heart of the business.

Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food and drinks offer. The food currently makes up 21% of the pub's total sales.
You can drive trade through a well-thought-out selection of pub games, such as pool, darts, live sports, and pub games machines.
We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade.
