Pub Overview
Just Add Talent is a fantastic Management Agreement that provides the perfect combination of our retail offer, all of the industry leading support we provide along with your talent to execute it.
Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer?
The Corner Pin will be brought back to life with a new name, style and layout. An excellent opportunity to create its own reputation built on a premium food offering and first class customer service.
The area
The pub, in a thriving suburb of Derby, is in the ideal location to capture passing trade with circa 13,000 vehicles passing by the door each day. It is sited opposite a fish and chip shop and a convenience store and next to a recently opened supermarket. Ca. 10,000 adults live within a 20-minute walk.
The offer
The site has been closed and is being repositioned in the local marketplace, with a new name, The Chellaston Arms. It will have a complete refurbishment, including a great outdoor space unlike any other in the area, with a new patio area and a feature fire pit.
This great locals’ pub will attract a range of customers for different occasions, from after-work drinks to family Sunday lunches and will offer a warm, friendly environment that will bring in people from further afield.
