Job Opportunity: HR & Training Officer

We are partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing industry to recruit a full-time HR & Training Officer based in the West Midlands, offering a salary of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, supporting hiring, and preparing job descriptions.
  2. Manage onboarding for new employees and conduct training for current staff on new procedures.
  3. Ensure legal compliance by reviewing employment and working conditions, and maintain relevant records.
  4. Support management with disciplinary actions and grievances, and advise on policies and procedures.
  5. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions regarding locations and schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel as required.

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
