Job Description

This is a national team with vacancies across multiple offices including London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Reading, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hull, Chelmsford, Gatwick, and Cardiff.

We are seeking a Stamp Taxes Specialist at Associate Director or Director level, with a focus on corporate stamp taxes rather than residential. The role offers full-time, part-time, flexible, hybrid (minimum 1 day in the office), and job share options.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-performing team with extensive sector experience, working with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
• Lead client projects, providing expert technical advice on tax structuring, transactions, and related topics.
• Work on multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure, with deal sizes ranging from £60m to over £1bn.
• Own your work, lead client engagements, and collaborate with the Real Estate and broader Tax teams, supported by capable colleagues.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, understanding their career aspirations.
