The role involves delivering specific functional service support within the Stakeholder & Communications Centre of Excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering a range of performance activities on assigned projects under supervision and mentorship.
  • Guiding the implementation of specialist frameworks and strategies.
  • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitoring and delivering duties as per stakeholder & communications management plans.
  • Developing methodologies for stakeholder & communications functions.
  • Enhancing integration of stakeholder & communications disciplines.
  • Aligning service activity with client requirements and legislation.
  • Seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting strategy delivery for the assigned area.

You’ll need to have:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork willingness.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly.
  • Basic understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder & communications service delivery in sectors like rail, highways, nuclear, etc.
  • Potential to form effective working relationships.
  • Interest in business development and work winning activities.
  • Networking skills.
  • Experience supporting PMO and project controls services.
  • APM Foundation or equivalent qualification.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience in construction projects or consultancy.
  • Experience delivering frameworks/strategies.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and software.
  • Ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
  • Relevant degree (e.g., construction, engineering).
  • Interest in Chartered status or professional memberships like the Project Managers.
