Orona UK is seeking an NVQ Level 3 qualified Stair Lift Service Engineer to join our service team in the Leeds area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of stair lifts, contributing to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Stair Lift Service Engineer preferred.
  • Qualified at NVQ Level 3 or part qualified.
  • Ability to work independently and on initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts for minor repairs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager.

We are looking for an NVQ Level 3 qualified or part qualified Stair Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team covering the Leeds area. As an experienced Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs
  • Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and becoming an integral part of the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Problem solving and working on your own initiative
