Qualifications

• Minimum two years' stairlift engineering experience.
• Experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of leading stairlift manufacturers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install straight and curved stairlifts in customers' homes.
• Service, maintain and repair stairlift equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Deliver professional, considerate customer service.
• Complete accurate service records and follow safety procedures.
• Manage the parts, tools and equipment required for scheduled work.

The Stairlift Engineer Role

• Install straight and curved stairlifts in customers' homes
• Service, maintain and repair stairlift equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
