Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• 2 years of experience in a Stairlift / Maintenance Engineer position.
• NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift is required.

Responsabilités

• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Travel throughout the coverage area and maintain a professional image on site.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Stairlift Engineer

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Glasgow
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you’re a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer

• NVQ Level 2 qualified in Stairlift
• 2 years of experience in a Stairlift / Maintenance Engineer position
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
