Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in London is seeking a Stairlift Engineer to cover London and surrounding area. You will diagnose faults, carry out servicing and maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability of stairlift systems. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift, have at least 2 years’ experience, a full UK driver's licence, and are willing to travel across the coverage area as required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Stairlift required.
• 2 years' experience in a Stairlift / Maintenance Engineer role.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Management of your own lift service engineer in London.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on site as a company ambassador.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Stairlift Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service engineer in London
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you’re a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Stairlift Engineer:

• NVQ Level 2 qualified in Stairlift
• 2 years of experience in a Stairlift / Maintenance Engineer position
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
