Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stairlift Account Manager to join a leading stairlift manufacturer in a senior, field-based role.

Based across the Midlands and Yorkshire, you will manage and develop regional partner relationships, provide product and technical training, and drive performance improvements while acting as deputy to the Head of Region. Regular travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, B2B sales, technical support, or a partner-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of stairlifts, mobility products or similar technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with regional stairlift partners and distributors.
• Onboard new partners and provide ongoing product, training and technical support.
• Coach partner engineers, surveyors and sales teams to improve performance.
• Support account development plans, partner reviews and regional sales objectives.
• Coordinate complex technical and operational issues with internal departments.
• Support new product rollouts and maintain accurate partner records.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stairlift Account Manager to join an established stairlift manufacturer in a senior, field-based role.

Acting as deputy to the Head of Region, you will manage and develop partner relationships across the Midlands and Yorkshire, using your technical and commercial knowledge to improve performance, product knowledge and installation standards.

You will connect external partners with internal departments, resolve technical and operational issues, and travel regularly across the region.

Commutable from: Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby, Rotherham, Mansfield, Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville, Newark-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas.

Stairlift Account Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with regional stairlift partners and distributors.

Stairlift Account Manager Requirements

• Experience in account management, B2B sales, technical support, training or a partner-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of stairlifts, mobility products or similar technical equipment.
• Commercially aware, with strong relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering training and resolving escalated partner or customer issues.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.
• Stairlift surveying, installation, servicing or fault-finding experience is desirable.
• Partner or distributor network experience is desirable.
• A technical, engineering, training or coaching qualification is desirable.
