About The Role

Entertainment is a key part of Butlin's business. We are passionate about delivering high-quality entertainment and are looking for talented Sound Engineers to join our Technical Support Team.

Our entertainment programme is diverse, and our Sound Engineers will support shows ranging from theatrical spoken word performances to full band arrangements. You will work closely with artists, performers, and the wider Technical Team to ensure our entertainment continues to delight guests and create lasting memories.

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining sound systems to ensure excellent sound quality at every show.

About You

We seek an experienced sound engineer with knowledge of digital and analogue mixing desks, musical instruments, and backline equipment. An understanding of RF and Midi control is also important.

Experience with different entertainment genres is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to think quickly and approach problems with solutions in mind.

In addition to operating sound equipment, you will assist with maintenance and repairs, so demonstrable experience in these areas is required.
