We are currently working with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Youth Offending Services Practitioner to join their team in Staffordshire!

This is a key operational leadership role with responsibility for the effective management and oversight of a designated team. You will ensure all activity is delivered in accordance with legislation, national youth justice standards, key performance targets, and internal policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective youth justice services.
  • Ensure compliance with national guidance, standards, and statutory responsibilities in all areas of casework and service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners across health, education, police, social care, and the judiciary.
