Overview

Role: Staffing Manager / Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Bournemouth / Dorset

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000pa

Hours: Rotating shifts - day and night shifts over various days of the week.

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded cleaning facilities management company, who are looking to recruit an experienced staffing manager/cleaning supervisor in Bournemouth, Dorset.

You MUST be flexible as your rota/shifts are agreed on a week by week basis.

You will be paid for all hours worked including driving the staff to and from site. As you will be dealing with mainly commercial cleaning projects, and end of build clean there is a requirement for a more physically demanding clean than say, a standard housekeeping role!

What’s the job role?

• To manage a small team of cleaners which will include allocating their job roles each day
• Complete job sheets and walk arounds with site managers
• Drive team to and from site - Up to 3 hours driving to site, 8 hours working then 3 hours driving back
• Make sure van is maintained and fuelled up.
• Assist with various cleaning duties
• Maintain cleaning equipment stock levels

Skills / Licences Required?

• B class driving licence
• Ideally you will have a CSCS card & IPAF but client will pay for both if not
• Commercial cleaning / Deep cleaning experience
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical work approach
• Managing / Supervisory experience with clear communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK and fluent English
