Job Introduction

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Staffing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations at CH&CO on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

About You:

• Possess a positive attitude and friendly approach
• Have at least 2 years of similar experience in a commercial environment
• Proven experience in recruitment and training
• Ability to lead and delegate effectively
• Strong people management skills
• Diplomacy, discretion, and impartiality
• Experience with payroll management and/or budgeting
• Event or catering experience is advantageous

Role Responsibilities:

The Staffing Manager should be commercially aware and manage variable payroll to meet financial targets while supporting operational needs.
