microTECH Global Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Staff Test Engineer to join our experienced team focused on high-speed MS ICs using Advantest V93k platforms. You will develop and implement test solutions at package and wafer levels, collaborating with a cross-functional team to evaluate new designs and drive DFT techniques.

The role involves offshore test location bring-up, ATE characterization, and supporting the ramp-up to full production while delivering high-quality test results

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in ATE semiconductor testing; V93000 experience preferred.
• Experience in bring-up and support of solutions in offshore test locations.
• Experience in testing high-speed, mixed signal ICs.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement test solutions at package and/or wafer level for new products on the Advantest V93k test platform, including both software and hardware.
• Work with cross-functional product teams to assess and evaluate new designs based on ATE test results.
• Participate in new product design meetings and drive analog/digital DFT techniques into devices.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to complete ATE characterization for robustness.
• Deploy solutions to offshore OSATs and support ramp-up to production.
• Produce concise, accurate project reports and updates.
