Our fast-paced and collaborative environment empowers us to tackle complex challenges, delivering real-world impact for creators and users across our ecosystem. We're looking for a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the next generation of Enterprise AI solutions and applications powered by machine learning and genAI. This strategic product lead role sits at the heart of Enterprise AI, a small but mighty team sitting in the COO org, with a company-wide transformational remit. You'll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution, and working with the rest of the engineering and product team, and in close collaboration with Data engineers, IT, Security, Legal and of course the rest of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the roadmap of internal AI solutions, capabilities and infrastructure: prioritizing features and improvements that deliver strategic value for the business.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to identify outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments.
  • Define product requirements, interface with users to validate solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems.
  • Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI and its role in evolving our workplace and workflows.
  • Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way. Analyze and track important metrics to evaluate product performance and guide iterative improvement.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading technical or ML-driven products.
  • Technically proficient: deep understanding of how AI and LLM-powered technology works, understanding of software development lifecycle, tech stack and infrastructure, and empathy with software development roles.
  • Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence teams, and mediate across various partners.
  • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving with a focus on delivering user-first solutions.
  • You might also have experience in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Experience with user-centric design, data, research and data-driven understanding of customer problems.
  • A passion for working with teammates to champion bold ideas and deliver impactful results that resonate with users.
