Job summary

SpaceXAI’s Sandbox service team builds and maintains a secure, scalable system that gives our models safe, controlled access to computational environments. We provision containers and virtual machines on large-scale clusters, enabling interactive code execution and tooling for training and product workloads.

We seek engineers with deep expertise in Rust/C++/Go, Python familiarity, and strong Linux or Windows experience, plus hands-on virtualization and containerisation skills.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Rust, C++ or Go.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Deep experience with either Linux or Windows systems.
• Experience with virtualization and containerisation technologies (e.g., cgroups, KVM, gVisor, QEMU).
• Solid knowledge of the networking stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a secure, scalable Sandbox infrastructure for model access.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize performance and security of the system.
