What you’ll do

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Software Development: Write, test, and debug code, lead deployment pipeline design.
  • Technical Leadership: Support high-impact projects, provide guidance, and tackle technical challenges.
  • Architecture and Design: Lead large-scale project architecture, ensure alignment with business and technology standards.
  • Code Review: Ensure code quality and standards compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across functions and external partners.
  • Mentorship: Coach engineers, participate in hiring and training.
  • Operational Stability: Maintain observability and service levels, deliver changes efficiently.
  • Research & Innovation: Embrace new technologies, develop team roadmaps, monitor systems.
  • Documentation: Create system documentation and share knowledge through tech talks.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with hiring and onboarding new engineers.

Who you are

Your skills and experience include:

  • Driving a top-tier software engineering culture and environment.
  • Strong experience in core tech areas and software development practices.
  • Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and scalable applications.
  • Leadership and coaching skills to develop engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with Rest APIs, MongoDB, Kafka, CI/CD tools, code quality, observability, and security testing.
