  • Build and maintain reliable, high-quality software with automation in the cloud.
  • Own complex backlog tasks and deliver them reliably.
  • Develop and improve M&S standard frameworks and policies, ensuring understanding and adoption.
  • Support engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
  • Participate in out-of-hours support rotations.
  • Contribute to team OKRs, mentor less experienced engineers, and promote continuous learning.
  • Lead and contribute to product planning and roadmaps with an agile approach.
  • Promote technology, innovation, and collaborative ways of working within the team and community.
  • Engage in Communities of Practice focusing on progress and knowledge sharing.
  • Support recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Possess expertise in TypeScript, React, SCSS, CSS Modules, Style Dictionary.
