Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Promotions Platform team. You’ll design, implement, test, and maintain backend features powering Fanatics Betting & Gaming promotions and rewards.

You will mentor engineers and drive scalable, high-quality software across Fanatics ecosystems. Based in the UK with possible travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices, you will influence architecture, improve testability, and partner with product and tech leaders to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• 5+ years building highly scalable and fault tolerant systems.
• Ability to triage and debug production issues across systems.
• Proven experience mentoring other engineers.
• Excellent communication of complex technical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Familiar with Agile software delivery and SCRUM.
