We are seeking a Staff level Software Engineer with a passion for machine learning operations and data engineering to join our ML Data team. The ML Data team is part of the MLOps Group and its goal is to provide infrastructure and tooling to Machine Learning Engineers to excel in their work while also accelerating HubSpot Product & Engineering teams to adopt AI throughout the HubSpot product suite.

The team currently owns projects like our ML Data Lake (on Snowflake) supporting all ML use cases in HubSpot and our VectorDB (on Qdrant) powering RAG use cases. Next initiatives include making data exploration and access easier for ML, including data cataloging and availability for training and deployment.

Your Role:

• Lead and Innovate: Drive development of our ML data infrastructure, improve current platforms, and lead new iterations.
• Strategic Direction: Provide insights and guidance to meet evolving ML data needs, creating scalable solutions.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with ML and software engineers to develop streamlined data solutions.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
