A leading technology company in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Staff Software Engineer to enhance the engineering experience by leading platform initiatives and improving developer tools. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams to roadmap and deliver impactful engineering platforms, centered on user experience and productivity. Engineering IT supplies the tools and systems needed for creation of software and hardware IP. Within this the Engineering Platform Services function provides tooling used across the company’s engineering population, as well as focusing on the tooling needs of software engineers.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own one or more engineering platforms and their delivery. You will work with engineers, project management and stakeholders to define the platform roadmap and improve the impact of services for our engineering community.
