Burns Sheehan Limited is partnering with a fast-growing UK-based SaaS scale-up to hire a Staff Software Engineer. This hands-on role involves developing customer-facing products using Node.js, TypeScript and Vue, with openness to React experience. You will influence product direction and work within a DevSecOps culture.

The position supports remote work with monthly onsite days in Manchester, offering opportunities to design with stakeholders and deliver scalable, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Staff Software Engineer – Join a growing SaaS scale-up

Remote working – once a month onsite in Manchester

We’re currently partnered with a fast-growing UK based SaaS scale-up who operate in the B2B marketing space. They are now looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join the team to remain hands-on and build customer-facing products.

As a hands-on technical role, you’ll be involved from the initial design stage through to full implementation and will be working on new projects within Node.js, TypeScript and Vue – they are open to engineers with experience in React, so long as you’re happy to work with Vue on the frontend.

You’ll be joining a growing team where you’ll be influential on the product and will deploy code daily following a DevSecOps approach to work within a product-driven environment to build new products for their customer’s needs.

What will you be doing:
