We are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Product Engineer AUTO.

You will oversee all phases of product engineering, new product development, and production support for our Automotive MOSFET product line.

Job Location: The ideal candidate will work remotely near one of our Vishay offices in Taipei, Taiwan, Newport, UK, or Binan, Philippines.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical ownership of new and established products within the Automotive MOSFET Division
• Leading and managing new product introduction from definition to release, collaborating with various teams
• Supporting product problem solving in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Defining technical management presentations
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams in Europe and Asia Pacific on yield and quality improvements
• Reviewing and defining automotive product datasheets and specifications
• Optimizing yield and quality through statistical testing and data analysis
• Organizing electrical and thermal characterization data for new products
• Supporting cost reduction initiatives

What You Will Bring

• BSc in electrical engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 7+ years of product engineering experience, with knowledge of Power MOSFET devices and Trench MOS technologies
• Strong project management and technical skills for new product development
• Experience with statistical data analytics and yield management software
• Experience supporting offshore product transfers
• Knowledge of Automotive AEC Q101 testing and qualification is a plus
• Familiarity with MOSFET ATE testing methods
• Experience working with international teams across Europe, Asia, and the USA
• Knowledge of 8D and FMEA processes
• Willingness to travel internationally
