This role offers a unique opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts within a dynamic Applied Machine Learning team focused on delivering AI/ML solutions at scale. You will provide technical leadership and strategic direction across engineering, QA, and data science teams, ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and process excellence. Collaboration across departments will be key as you help shape quality initiatives that align with both immediate technical needs and long-term strategic goals.   • Provide technical quality leadership and mentorship to QA Engineers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists across multiple teams.

  • Own strategic execution of quality objectives, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day delivery excellence.
  • Leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve quality frameworks and processes.
