Job Summary

As a Professional Service Staff Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them design and implement secure, scalable, and automated Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions.

You will lead customer engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments—from discovery and architecture through implementation, integration, automation, and enablement. Working closely with security, PKI, cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams, you will translate customer requirements into practical solutions that improve security, visibility, governance, and operational efficiency.

You will act as a customer advocate and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering and Global Delivery Teams. The role is primarily consultative and delivery-focused, with an emphasis on solving complex customer challenges and driving successful technical outcomes rather than direct sales.

  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and track the success of customers' MIM programs.

  • Act as a customer advocate and subject matter expert, supporting multiple accounts and driving successful Machine Identity Security outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS or Azure Architect Certification is highly preferred.

  • Deep understanding of various Cloud models, Cloud providers, multi-cloud environments, and hybrid environments.

  • Prior experience in a consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role.

  • Formal software development training and hands‑on coding experience.

  • Venafi Security Administrator (VSA) certification.

  • Industry‑recognized security certifications such as CISSP.

  • Experience with technologies heavily utilizing TLS/SSL encryption such as F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
