We seek an experienced Staff Product Manager for our Global Experiences product area, focusing on Search, Navigation, Dashboard, and Settings. This strategic role involves working cross-functionally with customers, technical teams, and leadership to ensure core surfaces are user-friendly for all personas. You will develop strategies and establish principles for these surfaces.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in building product experiences for B2B or B2C platforms, ability to collaborate with designers and engineers, and experience in cross-platform initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the vision for Dashboard, Search, Navigation, and Settings with Design and Engineering teams
• Create scalable design and technical systems for other teams
• Document and enforce systems and principles to maintain quality
• Align team goals with KPIs and success metrics
• Develop strategies for each surface to improve user experience
• Break down complex problems and document solutions collaboratively
• Analyze customer feedback with stakeholders

Role Requirements:

• 5-7 years of product management experience in multi-product B2B or B2C companies
• Experience creating systems for team adoption
• Analytical problem-solving skills in complex product areas
• Business, technical, or design background with collaborative experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong ownership and result-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
• Bonus: HR or complex organization domain knowledge
