Job summary

SiriusXM in London is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Podcast Platform spanning Simplecast and AdsWizz ecosystems. You will own roadmaps for creator analytics, experimentation frameworks, and platform intelligence to improve publishing, distribution, monetization, and audience growth across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or related field.
Experience shipping data-informed B2B SaaS or platform products.
Strong analytical mindset with metrics, KPIs, and experimentation strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Podcast Intelligence capabilities across the creator platform.
Define products that enable creators and teams to understand audience growth, content performance, publishing health, monetization, and distribution effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows through automation and actionable insights.
Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable product investments.
Define KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, creator success, and platform reliability.
Prioritize work based on customer impact, business value, and engineering effort.
