Job summary

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Staff Product Manager within Logistics Tech to own product vision, strategy and backlog for critical logistics systems. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture and stakeholders to deliver high-value, data-driven improvements across the supply chain daily operations.

You will champion agile practices, balance risk, and steer initiatives that drive customer value and business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Master level of product management process.
• Proven track record of leading delivery of highly complex technology-led change.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain, especially Logistics tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with large budgets that bring value aligned to strategic pillars.
• Develop vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog for your products and prioritise for maximum value.
• Build collaborative relationships with engineering and architecture to navigate complex integrations.
