Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Logistics to own the vision and strategy across complex products powering the Logistics Food Network. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering Teams and Architects to deliver and iterate roadmaps that maximise customer value.

You will lead multi-year transformations in Warehouse Management and Transport, shaping prioritisation and stakeholder communication across a large-scale operation.

Qualifications

• Master level of product management process.
• Proven track record of leading delivery of highly complex technology led change at scale.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain, with emphasis on Logistics technology.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, especially at senior levels.
• Working knowledge of technology relevant to Logistics.

• Deliver products with the biggest budgets that bring significant value back to the business.
• Develop the vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog for your products; own the customer and business value.
• Champion your products and communicate the experience and benefits to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to navigate integration complexity.
• Prioritise features to deliver maximum value and return on capital.
• Own your products through the lifecycle and manage live incidents and production issues.
