The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position can be office-based or fully remote from one of the following countries: Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland or the UK.

Our customers trust Personio as a system of record for their employee and organizational data. Incorrect or incomplete data can cause issues or impede important business processes. That’s why Personio automatically applies a set of data validations and alerts users if data is incorrect, incomplete, or malformatted. You will be responsible for developing a unified approach to data validations across multiple product areas and ensuring a smooth user experience throughout.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

1. Evolution: Understand, co-create, articulate and evolve the vision and purpose of Personio’s data validations along with your Design and Engineering counterparts
2. Unification: Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to unify existing validation concepts and gain buy-in with dependent teams
3. Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of Personio’s existing data validations structures, how they are used by all personas, and identify opportunities to standardize and improve related data structures, systems, and user experiences
4. Strategy: Create a short, mid, and long-term strategy for the evolution of data validation with Personio to create more efficient user experiences in line with industry best practices and opportunities
5. Problems: Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and product leadership
6. Customer Feedback: Systematically analyze customer feedback in collaboration with Design, User Research, and customer-facing stakeholders

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

1. At least 7 years of experience in product management in a B2B or B2C company building global internal or customer-facing products
2. Work in a complex product area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions
3. Have a business, technical or design background, a highly collaborative mindset, and direct experience implementing best-in-class solutions
4. Relevant experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting
5. Strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
7. Bonus: Human Resources or data validations knowledge and experience
