Job summary

Alecto, the UK's first AI-native law firm, seeks a Staff or Senior Product Engineer to help shape our AI-first product strategy from day one. You’ll work in a small, generalist engineering team, shipping features within the first week and turning fuzzy requirements into tangible user solutions.

You’ll influence product direction, build AI agents, and scale TypeScript projects in a fast-moving startup setting, with equity and a strong tech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage startups driving product direction (must have)
• Ability to think in terms of user problems, not just tech
• Proven track of scaling TypeScript projects
• Passion for refining AI workflows and building AI agents/LLM systems
• Experience bridging research and production in ML (bonus)
