You bring 8+ years in complex, often SaaS, B2B or AI-enabled product experiences, and you will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research and Design leadership to frame problems and drive quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience across multiple teams.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating staff-level craft, product judgment, customer empathy, systems thinking and shipped product quality.
• Experience shaping product direction beyond a single feature or team, connecting adjacent workflows into coherent experiences.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with attention to hierarchy, layout, typography, grids and accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead design strategy and execution for complex initiatives across teams and customer workflows.
• Translate needs, goals, constraints and data into clear experience direction.
• Clarify problem spaces with product and engineering leaders and align teams on outcomes.
• Create prototypes, workflows and high-fidelity designs to make ideas tangible and testable.
• Identify design debt and inconsistencies and turn them into improvements.
• Shape AI-enabled workflows and automation-heavy experiences for clarity and control.
• Strengthen design system adoption and accessibility across product areas.
• Mentor senior and lead designers through critique and strong rationale.
• Collaborate across time zones in a 100% remote environment.
