What you will be doing:

• Design Systems Ownership, taking complete ownership of evoke's design system, ensuring it is comprehensive, well-documented, and consistently applied across all design projects.
• Variables Component Expertise, developing and implementing variables and components within Figma, enabling flexibility, customisation, and adaptability for various use cases and screen sizes.
• Collaboration, it's a core value here at evoke. You can work closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders. You’ll understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the design system effectively supports their workflows, thereby fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
• Documentation, maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation for the design system, including guidelines, component libraries, and best practices.
• Evangelism, advocate for the design system internally, educating, and empowering teams to utilise it effectively.
• Mentorship, providing guidance and mentorship to designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and knowledge sharing.
