Role Overview

You will be a key member of our innovation team, developing tools, products, and best practices to enhance developer experience, performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform, especially in the context of Generative AI, MLOps, and LLMOps.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing clean, functional code in multiple languages, primarily Python, with the ability to learn Go and Typescript.
  • Setting up local development environments for Kubernetes-deployed services using Docker.
  • Facilitating experimentation and testing of applications, including setting up test frameworks.
  • Managing the full application lifecycle in cloud-native environments like Kubernetes.
  • Evolving CI/CD processes for efficient deployment.
  • Researching and creating proof of concepts to improve developer productivity.
  • Providing observability and service management tools for engineering teams.
  • Collaborating with team members, documenting processes, and conducting training.
  • Staying updated on platform engineering and developer experience trends.
  • Contributing to product discussions and shaping roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in software development, with proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with pipeline automation, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Data Pipelines, MLOps, and GenAI frameworks like LangChain and Llama Index.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD), and observability tools (Grafana, Sentry).
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
