Your team
Our Container Engineering Team designs and maintains container infrastructure in AWS, GCP, and Nomad, creating tools to empower other teams and streamline operations.

We thrive on making complex systems accessible and removing technical barriers.

Your Role
As a Staff Kubernetes Engineer, you will design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and resilient Kubernetes platforms across AWS, GCP, and on-prem environments like Nomad. You will lead containerization best practices and platform automation to enable developer self-service and optimize costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications with EKS, ECS, and Nomad.
  • Implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Defining and enforcing container security, networking, and observability standards.
  • Implementing auto-scaling solutions.
  • Troubleshooting orchestration issues.
  • Collaborating with development and operations teams.
  • Managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
  • Driving cloud technology initiatives and automation.
  • Implementing monitoring and alerting systems.

Working style

Qualifications needed:

  • 12-14 years of experience, including 5+ years designing and managing production Kubernetes platforms (CKA/CKAD preferred).
  • 4+ years in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • DevSecOps skills (CI/CD, Terraform, Git, etc.).
  • Strong networking knowledge, AWS or GCP experience, and familiarity with Nomad.
  • Experience with Kubernetes architecture, security, and management.
  • Docker image creation, Kubernetes services management, scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
  • Certifications (CKA, AWS Kubernetes).
  • Experience with service mesh solutions (e.g., Istio).
