Job description

This role is offered on a fixed-term/secondment basis for 12 months.

We have opportunities for highly motivated individuals to join our Nursing Teams within our Community Hospitals.

We are looking for nurses with passion and commitment who hold patient experience and care at the heart of their nursing practice and who share our organisational values. As part of the nursing team, you would work closely with the wider Multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Physiotherapists, allowing the care we deliver to be holistic and patient-centred. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care to our patients.

We currently have vacancies at the following hospital sites:

• Cirencester

There is an expectation that you will be able to provide cover to colleagues at other sites if needed.

We welcome applications from both experienced Registered Nurses and newly qualified nurses. We can also consider applications from individuals who would only be available to work night shifts. If you are newly qualified, we offer a supportive learning environment with a mentor to guide you through your first months. You will also be enrolled in our preceptorship program, which is the first step in developing your professional skills.

As a predominantly nurse-led ward, this role offers greater autonomy and increased job satisfaction through delivering excellent patient care.
