An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Diabetes and Endocrine Ward. Diabetes and Endocrine Ward: 28 Bedded Unit with patients with complex care needs.
The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/charge nurse.
Following successful completion of foundation gateway, the post holder will be required to take charge of the ward/department for a span of duty.
The post holder will always work within the NMC’s Code of Professional Conduct.
The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care on a medical palliative and haematology ward.
Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/deputy ward manager. The team is very supportive.
The post holder will always work within the NMC’s Code of Professional Conduct.
