An experienced healthcare professional competent in all aspects of care planning, able to carry out a wide range of clinical skills, including areas of specialist clinical expertise and advice within the team (e.g., infection control). You will work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
The post holder will also actively participate in the leadership, education, development, and supervision of the team.

The Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.
