Staff Nurse – Ward

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital | Ward | Permanent contract | Full time | Includes weekend work

Salary: Up to £36,250 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Hours: 34.5 hours per week

As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be alert, focused, detail-oriented, and empathetic. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, such as the NMC, and bring relevant qualifications and experience. With post-registration experience, you are a team player passionate about exceptional patient care.

As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator, and a team worker
• Join a close-knit team led by our matron on a consultant-led ward
• Understand and attend to each patient’s needs
• Work alongside some of the best clinical talent
• Gain experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities
• Collaborate with practitioners across departments to ensure continuity in patient care

About Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital

Located next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter, our hospital features 2 theatres, a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory, an Endoscopy suite, inpatient and day-case wards, outpatient department, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and radiology including an MRI scanner. We specialize in elective orthopaedic and spinal surgery, cardiology, general surgery, plastics, ENT, and gynaecology. We are known for our MAKO robot used in joint replacement surgeries.
