To meet our aspirations to deliver high-quality healthcare for the people of the Borders, we are focusing on the delivery of the NHS Borders Vaccination Programmes.
As part of the Vaccination Transformation Programme, we seek individuals keen to vaccinate a wide spectrum of age groups, including babies, pre-school children, and adults, with vaccines such as Pneumococcal, Shingles, RSV, Covid, and Flu. Vaccinations are delivered across various settings, including health centres, community clinics, schools, care homes, and patients' homes across the Scottish Borders. An observation of a baby & pre-school vaccination session will be part of the interview process.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-working approach are vital. The ability to work independently is also essential.
You should demonstrate a well-developed understanding of our core values to deliver efficient service and high standards of care.

Salary: The quoted salary is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). Part-time hours will be pro-rata.
