Essential criteria

• NMC 1st Level Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic/Physiotherapist
• Completed or working towards a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or PGDip, including: 1. History taking and physical assessment 2. Pharmacology 3. Clinical decision making and diagnostics
• IRMER Regulation trained
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

• 3 years ED experience at Band 6/7
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within an acute healthcare setting
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff and students
• Ability to care for patients with a wide range of pathologies
