Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic, experienced nurse to join the fast-paced outpatient Haematology department based in Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. We are a friendly and established team who are passionate about providing the best care possible to people with a variety of blood disorders and blood cancers in the Highlands of Scotland.


Responsibilities


  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day activities within the Haematology Clinic, including venepuncture and cannulation.

  • Access CVADs, coordinate and facilitate ongoing treatment plans and supervise a team of Haematology Clinic Assistants.

  • Be involved in ongoing supportive care and information giving as part of the haematology team.
