• Staff Nurse Band 5 (£39,970 - £36,483), 2x 37.5 hours, Calderdale School Nursing Team.
• Join our teams in Calderdale, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of a team, providing evidence-based, high-quality care.
• Engage with school-aged children and young people through assessments, interventions, and public health initiatives.
• Work across various settings including schools, partner agencies, and homes, adapting flexibly to meet diverse health needs.
• Undertake health needs assessments for a 5-19 caseload.
• Participate in comprehensive induction, ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development.
• Collaborate with Children’s Statutory and Voluntary Agencies to improve outcomes and address health inequalities.
• Support the use of new technologies like video conferencing and mobile devices for flexible working.
