South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic, motivated registered nurses to develop expertise in neonatal care. The role offers pathways from Foundations in Neonatal Care to Neonatal Intensive care, enabling progression to a qualified neonatal nurse.
You will provide high-quality nursing care for sick and preterm babies within a family-centered environment, and support junior colleagues within a multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated registered nurses who wishes to further develop their knowledge and skills in the speciality of neonatal care. The successful applicant will play a vital role in delivering high quality safe and efficient care to sick and preterm new born babies.
There will be the opportunity to complete a Foundations in Neonatal Care Course and then develop further through the Neonatal Intensive course and become a qualified Neonatal Nurse.
To provide a high standard of nursing care for all babies within a family centred environment, in accordance with the ward philosophy.
To provide support for junior colleagues, students, Clinical Sisters and Ward Manager, adhering to national and trust guidelines.
To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
