Overview

Role Summary: A 96-bed secure forensic hospital offering medium, low, and open rehabilitation care for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care across secure mental health pathways
• Participate in assessments, planning, and evaluations of care
• Support patients with complex and challenging behaviours
• Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and contribute to clinical improvement
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NMC standards
• Promote a therapeutic environment that aids rehabilitation and recovery

Essential Requirements

• Registered with the NMC (RMN)
• Experience in secure, forensic, or acute mental health settings preferred
• Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
• Excellent team-working and communication skills
• Commitment to professional development and patient-centred care
