We are excited to announce there is an opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our OUTSTANDING Emergency Department in the heart of East London.
You will be joining a team that is one of the highest performing Emergency Departments in the UK, that achieves consistently good clinical engagement, patient flow and has an OUTSTANDING rating at CQC.
We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated nurses who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge.
The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in the Emergency Department. They will use their professional skill set and calming influence to identify and support patients presenting with mental health needs, supporting the implementation and engagement of care plans.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. We will deliver a key career pathway and emergency nursing specialty training in order to give you grounding in your career.
