We'd like you to join us as a Staff Nurse at our service Hunters Moor in Birmingham.

At Hunters Moor, we provide specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services to people aged over 18 in Birmingham. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

We're flexible, we can offer 33 or 44 hours per week (3 or 4 long shifts), on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Participate actively in the multidisciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilizing appropriate assessments.
• Assess and manage risks identified through patient/resident assessments, in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Regularly review risk factors and collaborate with health professionals to modify care plans as needed.
• Liaise effectively with all involved in the care process, including carers and relatives, to provide seamless and integrated services.
• Maintain and update relevant knowledge and skills; keep a professional portfolio and participate in further training to enhance care quality.
• Comply with Active Care Group Health and Safety Policies and Protocols to ensure safe working practices.
