We'd like you to join us as a Staff Nurse at our service Hunters Moor in Birmingham.

At Hunters Moor, we provide specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services to people aged over 18 in Birmingham. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

We're flexible, we can offer 33 or 44 hours per week (3 or 4 long shifts), on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Be an active participant in the multidisciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising assessments.
• Assess and manage risks in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Regularly review risk factors and modify care plans accordingly.
• Liaise effectively with all involved in the care process, including carers and relatives.
• Maintain and update relevant knowledge and skills; participate in training to enhance care quality.
• Comply with health and safety policies to ensure safe working practices.

What you'll have:

• A current NMC Pin registration
• A legal right to work in the U.K.
