We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered General Nurse to work in our Coronary Care Unit, a level 2 Cardiology Unit. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in expanding their knowledge, skills, and experience in cardiology nursing within a supportive environment. The unit has 8 monitored beds and supports remote monitoring from other hospital areas via Telemetry channels.
This post is a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover a secondment. If applying as a secondment, please obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced qualified nurse to join the team in the Coronary Care Unit within the Directorate of Medicine/A+E at Royal Glamorgan Hospital. You will develop your skills by nursing patients with acute cardiology and medical conditions. Support will be provided during your orientation and ongoing development through clinical supervision, team meetings, and development days. Regular appraisals and a personal development plan will be part of your progression. The post involves rotational shifts between day and night duties.

Salary: £30,420 to £37,030 per annum, pro-rata if part-time.
